By accessing or using the PromptNinja AI software, extension, or members dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Software License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PromptNinja AI Chrome Extension and Members Dashboard in accordance with the purchase tier you have unlocked. Resell rights are only active if you have purchased the OTO 5 Resell license explicitly.

3. User Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of the extension or dashboard without explicit written permission. You agree not to use the software for any unlawful activities or in a manner that disrupts the functionality of the cloud services.

4. Limitation of Liability

PromptNinja AI and its developers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the extension or output copy, including loss of data, revenues, or marketing campaign failures.
