1. Data Storage and Processing

PromptNinja AI does not collect, record, or transmit your personally identifiable information, browsing history, or message exchanges. All custom brand settings, visual preferences, niches, style instructions, and tone profiles are stored locally on your device using the browser's secure sandboxed storage (`chrome.storage.local`).

2. License Key Verification

License key registration is verified directly against our Firebase database. This query is purely transactional and checks the validity of the key. No personal account details, email addresses, or browser usage metrics are sent during verification.

3. Platform Integrations

The extension injects text prompts directly into your active ChatGPT browser input container. Any data sent to the AI platforms is subjected to the privacy policies of the respective service providers (e.g., OpenAI's terms of service).

4. No Data Transfers

We do not sell, rent, lease, or transfer any user settings or metadata to third parties. Your configuration files and active brand profiles remain entirely under your control on your machine.
